Description - Lusin MP® 7010 is a highly efficient anti-corrosion agent that also shows lubricating properties. The delayed generation of the solid protective film enables Lusin® MP7010 to penetrate fine cracks.
Protective Type - Wax based protective agent in transparent film form.
Temprature Range - The protective film is resistant to handling and starts melting at around 50°C (122 °F).
Application - Lusin® MP7010 is mainly used to protect molds and dies dedicated for processing thermoplastic resins against corrosion. Lusin® protective agents have been developed to help thermoplastics processors keep equipment in optimum condition, promoting operational efficiency and extending the useful life of significant production assets.

Lusin® MP7010 is mainly used to protect molds and dies dedicated for processing thermoplastic resins against corrosion that Extend the Useful Life of Thermoplastic Processing Equipment like Plastic Injection Moulding Machine's Moulds & Extrusion Dies.
Lusin® MP7010 only shows maximum anti-corrosion properties when applied on dry and clean metal surfaces. For cleaning it is recommended to use Lusin® Clean series products.
Optimal film generation is only ensured if Lusin® MP7010 is applied in several thin layers, taking particular care to cover edges and undercuts area. However, cure times of 20-30 minutes may enhance durability of the sealer film.
Lusin® MP7010 can either be removed using cleaning agents like Lusin® Clean series or by producing parts, thus transferring the protective agent to the produced parts.
In terms of subsequent treatment of the produced parts, such as lacquering, printing or gluing, preliminary tests are recommended.
