Lusin Clean DG 1116

Lusin® DG1116 dissolves oil and grease and removes wax residues from molds and produced parts. Conventional plastics and rubbers are resistant to short term exposure to the cleaner which gives adequate time for cleaning and dries without leaving residue.Lusin® DG1116 thoroughly wets the parts and is suitable for removal of oil, greases, and wax residues on metal and other substrates. It is applicable for cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces in molds, apparatus, etc. 

Lusin DG1116 is a speciality mold cleaner that is meant for removal of oil, grease and waxes from metal and plastics surfaces. It is a ready-to-use mold cleaner designed especially for removal of polymer residues. The parts can be cleaned by wiping or spraying. It is recommended to treat freshly cleaned metal surfaces with Lusin® protect and MP series to prevent corrosion, and long-term storage.
