Mould Clamps are required  are used in specific shapes by the plastic moulding industry. These Mould clamps, because of their special construction, reduce the mould change time, which in turn results in increased productivity on injection moulding machines. In the plastic moulding process precious productive time is lost for repeated changeovers. We at Novanative Plastix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. India., offers these clamps, which constitute of a heavy-duty support bolt for the purpose of quick counter height adjustment  with heavy duty support bolt M12 , M16,M20, M24,M30.
These mold clamps are designed using advanced technology with dimensionally accurate, resistant to corrosion and better durability standards. Easy to install, these clamps are available in varied sizes and specifications as required by the clients.

Our conventional clamping system is engineered specifically for plastic injection moulding machines, ensuring reliable and efficient securing of heavy moulds. Made from S.G.I steel in a 500/7 grade, this system offers exceptional durability and strength.

Key features include an adjustable swivel washer, which automatically adjusts the height using the grooved curve on the upper portion of the clamp. This automatic adjustment allows for easy and precise positioning of the mould without the need for manual intervention.
